Products I use in my practice
Massage FX Cream

I like to use massage FX cream as a medium to provide glide during bodywork. I like the feel of this cream and most people are not reactive to it.
Ingredients: Water, Octyl Palmitate, Sunflower Seed Oil (Helianthus Annuus), Safflower Oil (Carthamus Tinctorius), Stearic Acid, Cetyl Alcohol, Triethanolamine, Gluconolactone and Sodium Benzoate, Grapeseed Oil (Vitis Vinifera), Arnica montana (Arnica) Flower Extract, Vitamin E (Tocopherol Acetate, Tetrasodium EDTA
Dolphin Neurostim MPS

MPS applies brief, concentrated DC microcurrent impulses to specific treatment points to relax muscles, calm the nervous system and release endorphins, the body's natural painkillers. When MPS is applied to pathology influencing all three systems — nervous, muscular and endocrine — making MPS therapy effective for treating many chronic and acute soft-tissue pain conditions.
I use the dolphin neurostim to get scar tissue to be more mobile- less stiff and stuck. It has also been very helpful with nerve issues like sciatica.
Simply Earth Essential Oils

When I use essential oils I apply them to a tissue to be inhaled. Clients who have booked a deep tissue or restoration service get to pick a scent before the service begins.
I diffuse essential oil, if you have an anti preference please make a note on your form and fill out the intake form the day before your service so I don't diffuse something you dislike.
My current list of essential oils to choose from are: Breathe Easy, Clean & Fresh, Defender, Energy, Focus, Happy Joy, Lavender 40/42, Lemongrass, Sweet Orange, Relief, Caribbean Teakwood, Coastal Cactus, Palo Santo, Unicorn, Vanilla Woods, and Winter Spice.
Hoba Care jojoba oil

I try to keep Hoba Care jojoba oil on hand for clients who have allergies to ingredients in the fx cream. Jojoba oil is noncomedogenic and the Hoba Care brand is very high quality first pressed jojoba oil.
Seventh Generation Laundry Detergent

I use seventh generation laundry detergent to wash all linens and towels.
Cupping

Sometimes I use vacuum cupping to help release fascia, move lymph or release nerves. When I do cupping, it rarely leaves a bruise as I practice walking cupping- I put a cup on and glide it over areas and don't let it sit in one spot for long. I always get consent from clients before cupping.
